Andrew is a Director and Portfolio Manager in the Solutions business, and joined Columbia Threadneedle through the acquisition of BMO GAM (EMEA) in 2021, having previously been with BMO since 2018. He leads on the management of multi asset portfolios for UK institutional clients, and coordinates manager research. Andrew has over 15 years’ of manager selection and portfolio management experience across equities, fixed income and alternatives. Prior to joining the firm, Andrew was Head of Manager Selection at Jetstone Asset Management where he was also a member of the Investment Committee responsible for the portfolio management of the firms multi asset funds. Previously Andrew worked at the Bank of England and then spent ten years at Momentum Global Investment Management where he was Head of Research overseeing both the manager selection and asset allocation processes. He was a portfolio manager of the firm’s global equity and diversified growth funds with combined assets of over £1bn and oversaw the selection of managers used in the firm’s fiduciary solutions. Andrew graduated in 2003 from Imperial College London with a First Class (Honours) MSci in Mathematics.
