Kazmen is a solutions structurer in the LDI team. He joined Columbia Threadneedle through the acquisition of BMO GAM (EMEA) in 2021, having previously been with BMO since November 2018. Kazmen comes from a consulting background at Mercer where he started in 2013 as a graduate in the investment consulting business and subsequently moved into the financial strategy group. Kazmen qualified as a Fellow with the Institute of Actuaries in 2016.
