Wai-Ling ensures the smooth running of the research process within the Multi-Manager team, specifically overseeing management of fund data analysis. She is also a member of the European, UK Growth and Asian fund research teams and has broader team management and coordination responsibilities. She began her career in the late 1990s at Rothschild Asset Management, before moving to UBS Asset Management where she was the PA to the head of the UK business. Wai-Ling returned to the financial services industry after a career break and joined the company in 2009. She holds the Investment Management Certificate (IMC).
