Simon co-founded Steps to Investing which launched in 2020 with the aim of helping inexperienced investors get started on their investment journeys. He also runs marketing consultancy Neo. Prior to that he was Head of Marketing at Janus Henderson Investors, focused entirely on marketing investment trusts to retail investors. Simon is currently a non-executive director of Invesco Perpetual UK Smaller Companies Investment Trust PLC, Electric and General Investment Fund and a director of a private company.
