Nicky was appointed to the Board on 1 January 2021 and became Chair of the Company on 6 March 2025. Nicky has extensive sector experience as she was formerly Head of Product and Investment Trusts at Fidelity International as well as a director and Chief Operating Officer of a number of Fidelity companies. Nicky is currently a non-executive director of Aberdeen Asian Income Fund Ltd, Artemis Investment Management Limited and EFG Asset Management (UK) Limited.
